"To all my teammates, coaches, executives and staff, Coach Belichick, RKK and the Kraft family and the entire organization," Brady wrote in a statement. "I want to say thank you for the past twenty years of my life and the daily commitment to winning and creating a winning culture built on great values. I am grateful for all that you have taught me - I have learned from everyone. You all have allowed me to maximize my potential and that is all a player can ever hope for. Everything we have accomplished brings me great joy and the lessons I have learned will carry on with me forever. I couldn't be the man I am today without the relationships you have allowed me to build with you. I have benefited from all you have given me. I cherished every opportunity I had to be a part of our team, and I love you all for that.

"Our team has always set a great standard in pro sports and I know it will continue to do just that. Although my football journey will take place elsewhere, I appreciate everything that we have achieved and am grateful for our incredible team accomplishments. I have been privileged to have had the opportunity to know each and every one of you, and to have the memories we've created together."

It's truly the end of an era.

On Tuesday 17 March 2020, Tom Brady posted this message on his social media account to confirm that he was effectively going to leave the NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS, the team where he played for twenty years won the Super Bowl six-time and made his number twelve LEGENDARY to continue elsewhere.

Since then it has been officialized that he will continue to feed his legacy on the side of Tampa Bay where he will be the next quarterback of the Buccaneers.

Tom Brady was officially introduced as the next Buccaneers quarterback during a conference call on Tuesday, March 24 due to the current COVID-19 pandemic that has prevented the traditional presentation in the Buccaneers facility.

Has he did for the Patriot community he took his social media to introduce himself to his new fan: "Excited, humble and hungry," Brady wrote on Instagram. "If there is one thing I have learned about football, it's that nobody cares what you did last year or the year before that...you earn the trust and respect of those around through your commitment every single day. I'm starting a new football journey and thankful for the Buccaneers for giving me an opportunity to do what I love to do. I look forward to meeting all my new teammates and coaches and proving to them that they can believe and trust in me...I have always believed that well done is better than well said, so I'm not gonna say much more

- I'm just gonna get to work!

New Orleans Patriots playing without Tom Brady is going to be one of the most commented news in the league and on the media next season, it also going to be a very challenging task for coach Belichick, but first, they need to find a quarterback to replace him.

To replace the arguably best quarterback in history; some rumors have linked the Patriot with Cam Newton who is now free after being cut in March by The Panthers; even if he is a different player then what Brady his. Newton can give the Patriot a fresh and more modern touch in his position, The Cincinnati Bengals number 14 Andy Dalton name is also one of the other name linked with the patriot, the other options are second-year quarterback Jarrett Stidman and the Oregon Duck Football quarterback Justin Herbert but those are mostly rumor. Only Belichick and the Patriots are aware of what the plan for their next season QB1 is if there is any.

It's impressive how the patriot's board has succeeded to keep this kind of wanted information from the media in this age of information.

One thing is sure it won’t be an easy task for any player to fill the void left by the number 12; it will be both mentally and physically challenging; meanwhile, Tom Brady has been joined by his former teammate Gronkowski who came out of retirement and was traded from the New England Patriots to Buccaneers in exchange for a fourth-round pick.

New England Patriots next season promises to be very interesting and very commented. It will either prove that they can play without their major star in these last years or confirm that Brady was what everybody thinks the MAN in the team and that without him they cannot win.
